He has successfully led complex turnaround and M&A projects in Italy and internationally, working closely with private equity firms and entrepreneurs.
For over 20 years, Giovanni has held senior executive roles in both national and multinational organizations—serving as Chairman and CEO in half of them. He is also a co-founder and former Vice President of Leading Network, Italy’s national association of interim managers.
Partner and Business Developer for Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Marche, and Umbria areas, Claudia is a specialist in operations and a certified Relational Counselor, with deep expertise in supply chain management. She built most of her career within a large-scale organization, dedicating over 15 years to Change Management, Lean Manufacturing, plant relocation, and integrated logistics projects. She has served as both Team Leader and facilitator. As a Counselor, she brings a people-centered approach to managing change, helping teams and individuals navigate transitions and reach their goals quickly, thanks to her strong cross-cultural communication skills and focus on personal growth. Since May 2025, Claudia has been appointed Vice President in Leading Network.
As Operations Director and executive, Paola has led numerous turnaround projects, business relaunch, and organizational restructuring projects, revitalizing companies and delivering meaningful, lasting transformation. With a degree in Engineering and a professional background built at General Electric, she moves confidently across industries and company sizes. Furthermore, she actively promotes knowledge-sharing in operations, with a particular focus on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
With deep expertise in business turnarounds, process reengineering through Six Sigma and Lean Enterprise, and international market expansion, Sergio has successfully supported both family-owned businesses and private equity-backed companies. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Computer-integrated Manufacturing from CUOA Business School and has held top executive positions, serving as General Manager and CEO in a variety of complex and dynamic business environments.
Head of Percinque Deutschland GmbH, Constantin holds degrees in Business Administration from both Germany and the UK. He brings hands-on experience and a strong track record in mechanical engineering, automotive, and real estate. His core expertise lies in business development and international sales. Having held senior leadership roles in both German and Italian companies, he has developed a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics. He also successfully managed overseas branches and led their expansion across European markets.
